
UK - WHEB Ventures appoints new investment analyst
WHEB Ventures, a venture capital firm focussed on the European clean technology sector, has announced the appointment of Megan Bingham-Walker as investment analyst.
Bingham-Walker joins the company from a role within government as private secretary to the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. She brings a wealth of renewable energy policy experience to the business, having been responsible for energy policy during the energy white paper of 2007.
WHEB raised a £24m dedicated clean technology fund in 2003, the first of its kind in the UK. It invests in High Growth potential cleantech companies from product-commercialisation stage through to pre-IPO rounds.
