
ITALY - Cape acquires software company Xtel for EUR 5m
Cape Natixis acquired software company Xtel in a management buyout deal valued at approximately EUR 4.9m.
The former owners reinvested and have retained a 30% stake in the company.
Bologna-based Xtel was founded in 1991, it specialises in the production of customer relationship management systems for companies operating in the consumer goods sector. Last year it reported a turnover of approximately EUR 7m and an EBITDA over 45%.
