CEE - EI appoints five to board of directors
Poland-based investor group Enterprise Investors has made five promotions to its board of directors: Rafal Bator, Stanislaw Knaflewski, Agnieszka Kowalska, Sebastian Król and Jacek WoŸniak.
Knaflewski is in charge of the firm's activities in Bulgaria. He has previously worked for the Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Warsaw.
Kowalska focuses on transactions in the retail, consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. She worked for ING Barings before joining EI.
Sebastian Król has been active in private equity for eight years. Before joining EI, Król worked for Arthur Andersen and Hachette Distribution Services.
WoŸniak manages EI's investments in consumer goods and industrial sectors. He was a consultant at Arthur Andersen and worked for Trinity Management prior to joining EI.
The five new members join EI Corporation's board of directors' five existing members, comprising chairman Robert Faris, president Jacek Siwicki, and the three managing partners: Robert Manz, Dariusz Proñczuk, Michal Rusiecki.
