SWEDEN - Segulah's NEA sells properties for SEK 348m
NEA, which Segulah III LP acquired in October 2006, has sold 25 properties to property company Sagax for SEK 348m. The ownership of NEA’s properties was not seen as strategically important for the company and the financial resources that will be released can better be invested in the NEA electrical installation and wholesale business.
