
GERMANY - Kottmann to stand for election to supervisory board of Deutsche Beteiligungs
Dr Hariolf Kottmann has been nominated to stand for election to the supervisory Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG at the Annual Meeting on 14 March 2008. He is to replace Mr Walter Schmidt, who announced his resignation from the board and will leave his office concurrently with the conclusion of the 2008 annual meeting. Schmidt has been a member of the supervisory board since March 2003. Kottmann is a member of the management board of SGL Carbon AG, where his responsibilities include the Graphite Materials & Systems and Carbon Fiber & Composites divisions, in addition to the geographical regions of Asia and Eastern Europe. Before joining SGL Carbon AG, Dr Hariolf Kottmann served at Celanese AG and the former Hoechst AG.
