FINLAND - Eqvitec acquires outstanding shares of StyroChem
Eqvitec Technology Fund III has acquired the outstanding shares in StyroChem Finland Oy, a producer of expandable polystyrene (EPS), from Wincup. The investors will also offer management ownership in the compnay.
