FRANCE - CDC CI acquires 66% of Feu Vert
CDC Capital Investissement has acquired 66% of Cofidim, a holding comprising car servicing business Feu Vert, spare parts distributor Impex, and windshield repair company Mondiale Par-Brise.
The group generated a 2006 turnover of EUR 576m and employs 4,200 staff with an additional 2,000 in franchised branches. The company has operations in France, Spain, Poland and Portugal.
