FRANCE - Mezzanine Management appoints new director

Mezzanine Management has today announced the appointment of Henry-Louis Merieux as a director. He will be based in Mezzanine Management’s Paris office and will be responsible for originating and managing mezzanine investments in France. Merieux previously worked at Deloitte where he was a director in the advisory division, and responsible for establishing its buyout and structured finance department in 2000. During this time, he originated and completed transactions including buyout and leveraged finance and debt restructurings.
