ITALY - Permira buys stake in Valentino for EUR 783m
Permira has acquired a 29.6% stake in fashion house Valentino for EUR 782.6m.
The seller is ICG, the investment vehicle controlled by the Marzotto family, which has diluted its stake to 0.3%. It is understood that Permira will not look into increasing its shareholding in Valentino in the near future.
