
IPEV re-elects Daems as chairman
The International Private Equity & Venture Capital Valuations Guidelines (IPEV) board has re-elected Herman Daems for a second term as chairman. Mr Daems is also chairman of the board of European GP GIMV and a former chairman of EVCA.
Gilles Duruflé was re-elected for another term as board member, and Michael Wotherspoon was elected as a board member for a first term.
Mr Duruflé is an independent consultant to the private equity industry as well as a board member of Canada's Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
Mr Wotherspoon is chief financial officer of emerging markets private equity firm Actis.
