UK - ARCIS closes ESD Fund IV on EUR 354m

The fund has already invested 30% of its capital in secondary acquisitions in the UK, France, Germany and Benelux. The vehicle is designed to provide liquidity to investors in European private equity funds through secondary transactions of up to EUR 200m in size.
