UK - Barclays Ventures appoints new regional director

Barclays Ventures has continued the expansion of its Birmingham office with the appointment of Rupert Lyle as the new regional director.

Lyle joins the company from Catapult Venture Managers, where he was director in charge of the Catapult Growth Fund. He has 18 years of experience of private equity in the Midlands, having worked in the region for 3i, the Baring English Growth Fund and Catapult in the past.
