GERMANY - Ventizz sells innovatis AG for EUR 15m
Ventizz Capital Partners has agreed to sell its stake in innovatis AG, a provider of automated cell analysis solutions, to Roche Diagnostics for EUR 15m.
innovatis AG focusses on cell counting, viability testing, and cell function analysis in research, as well as bioproduction. The company is fully-owned by two Ventizz funds and started as a spin-off from the University of Bielefeld, and is based in Bielefeld.
