
UK - Barclays promotes within leveraged finance
Barclays Capital has changed the structure of its leveraged finance team. Kirk Harrison and Phil Kelleher, both Managing Directors, have been jointly promoted to the newly created role of Co-Heads of Leveraged Product, reporting to John Kelting, Head of European Leveraged Finance. Graham Rainbow and Alaric Fountain-Barber will be taking joint responsibility for private leveraged syndicate, and Boris Okuliar will be taking responsibility for public leveraged syndicate. Jonathan Hosgood and David Shaw have been jointly promoted to Co-Heads of Sponsor Origination, reporting to John Kelting. This comes as John Leach, Managing Director, takes a sabbatical from the firm after working in banking for over 20 years.
