The remaining stake will be shared among the founding family represented by Miguel and Javier Tey (39.58%), Promociones Ingremart (24.47%), and other minority shareholders.

The Canovelles-headquarted company was founded in 1929 by the grandfather of the current president Miguel Trey and provides a range of lighting services for projects, from intitial consultancy to final installation. The business, which has facilities in Spain and Mexico, generates annual turnover of approximately EUR 80m.
