UK - HIG acquires FNZ Holdings
HIG Europe has acquired financial services company FNZ Holdings Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Edinburgh-based FNZ provides trade execution and custody services that power, for example, wealth management platforms and fund supermarkets in the UK and New Zealand. FNZ's platform allows financial advisers and retail investors to see their entire portfolio of assets and analyse asset allocation and portfolio performance. Among its customers are Standard Life and Bank of New Zealand.
