Cognetas, (formerly known as Electra Partners Europe) has announced that it intends to sell Aliplast Group to a consortium backed by Sagard and Ergon for EUR 430m.
Cognetas acquired Aliplast in early 2004 since when it supported the management team in moving the business from being a family run business to being a fully integrated international group.
