FRANCE - LBO France to sell Interclean

Interclean is the eighth largest cleaning company in France and was founded in 2007 from the merger of LBO France portfolio companies SENI and La Providence. LBO France had initially staged a EUR 35m MBI of Paris-based La Providence in 2005 and in 2006 it completed a secondary LBO of SENI.

The Samsic Group’s core business, Samsic Proprete, is focused on cleaning in the services, food-processing, health, industry, pharmaceutical, transport and nuclear sectors, generating turnover of EUR 540m in 2007.
