
UK- Augusta boosts debt advisory and restructuring team
Merchant bank Augusta & Co has hired Rachael Luxton as director in its debt advisory and restructuring practice.
Luxton joins Augusta from Citigroup, where she was most recently director of the corporate bank in London, having previously spent several years with the company's workout and restructuring team. Prior to this, she held roles as an associate in project finance with Citi New York and as a credit associate with Citi Miami.
