Williams de Bro appoints new head of corporate finance
Williams de Bro has appointed Frank Moxon, chairman of the Corporate Finance Forum of the Securities & Investment Institute, as head of corporate finance.
Frank Moxon, aged 39, has worked in corporate finance for 16 years, the last three years of which have been within the Williams de Bro Corporate Finance Division. He joined as a director in 2003 acting as financial adviser and stockbroker to an international portfolio of UK-quoted companies. Moxon started his career at Beeson Gregory Ltd before becoming corporate finance director at SG Securities and Old Mutual Securities. His areas of specialism are mining, oil & gas and alternative energy but other sectors covered include TMT, retail, media, leisure,, software and IT and support services. Throughout his career Moxon has successfully completed 110 corporate finance transactions for both quoted and private companies.
