UK - Warburg Pincus acquires Safetykleen for £565m
Warburg Pincus has acquired Safetykleen Europe, a pan-European industrial service provider, a deal worth ТЃ565m. The investor has acquired a majority stake.
The management team will roll over a proportion of their shareholdings and will continue to lead the company. The transaction is expected to close in June.
