FRANCE – Advent International in talks regarding Experian division
Advent International is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Experian’s electronic payments activities.
The division focuses on electronic payments by card, mobile, and internet for banks and retailers. The company generates around EUR 60m of sales and has around 400 employees. Advent has previously made nine investments in the payments and transactions sector worldwide, supporting the likes of PaySys, Mach, MBF Cards, CSU, CardSystem, Euronet, Dolex and CCS.
