FRANCE - Argos Soditic backs BIMBO of Marie-Laure PLV
As part of a buy-in management buyout, Argos Soditic has acquired 53% of Marie-Laure PLV, a producer of promotional and maketing materials for retailers.
Founded in 1982, the Paris-based company produces displays and stands for a range of sectors including media, pharmaceuticals, automobile, consumer electronics and perfume makers. It generated revenues of approximately EUR 45m in 2007.
