
GERMANY – Heliad strengthens Frankfurt team
Listed private equity firm Heliad has appointed Thomas Kunder has been appointed as the new CFO, replacing Alexander Mitsch, who left the company last month.
In addition to this latest appointment, Heliad has hired three additional staff in the last three months.
In August, Alexander Schwarz joined the team as operating director. He has eleven years of private equity know-how and three years industry expertise following a tenure at listed company Alno AG. Prior to this, Schwarz was a partner at Munich-based private equity fund Alfinum.
Michael Rolf joined the firm as investment manager in October following a period as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed the provision of financial due diligence services for financial and strategic investors. His professional career began in the auditing department of BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand.
Oliver Warnken joined Heliad's team as an analyst.
