FRANCE - Siparex backs the buyouts of two contruction suppliers

The private equity firm invested EUR 3.5m in equity on each transaction.

Lyon-based Solice aims to achieve EUR 30m of revenues this year thanks to its expansion into the growing markets of Spain and Italy.
