FRANCE - Groupe Siparex names new president

Groupe Siparex, the parent company of Sigefi Private Equity, has named Bertrand Rambaud as its new president, effective 31 July.

Outgoing president Dominique Nouvellet, who had held the position for 31 years, will be nominated for the presidency of Siparex Associes, the holding vehicle which groups together the major shareholders of the company. The current president René Zingraff will become vice-president.
