
UK - Close Brothers CF appoints managing director
Close Brothers Corporate Finance (CBCF) has hired Jonathan Tyler as new managing director of its chemicals sector team.
Tyler, who will be based in London, joins CBCF from Houlihan Lokey, where he originated and executed financial restructuring transactions in the chemicals sector, together with M&A and related advisory processes. Previously, he was head of the chemical research team at Goldman Sachs, after spending four years at Bear Sterns, where he was head of the global chemical sector sell-side research team.
