SPAIN - Miura acquires 60% stake in Proytecsa
According to reports, Miura Private Equity has acquired a 60% stake in security systems specialist Proytecsa for an undisclosed amount.
The company, based in Huesca, designs and distributes security systems designed specifically for financial institutions and private security businesses. Established in 2001 the company employs around 100 people and reported a EUR 20m annual sales volume.
The capital should allow the company to strengthen its position in the Spanish market while also allowing to expand into Middle Eastern markets.
