CEE - Europa Capital sells City Point Distribution Park to Morley for EUR 71.6m
Europa Capital has sold City Point Distribution Park to Morley's Central European Industrial Fund (CEIF) for EUR 71.6m.
Based in Warsaw, City Point Distribution Park has 118,000 m2 of warehouse and office space. Europa Capital acquired City Point in December 2004 alongside the Integrated Finance Group and Warimpex Finanz und Beteiligungs AG. The investors carried out a programme of active asset management, which included refurbishment, repositioning and lease restructuring with a capital programme of more than EUR 5m, achieving 95% occupancy over the period. Major tenants include Colgate Palmolive, South African Breweries and PZU.
