Kaye Scholer poaches DLA Piper's Harris

DLA Piperтs head of private equity practice, Andrew B Harris, has joined US law firm Kaye Scholer LLP.

Harris, an experienced corporate finance, M&A and private equity lawyer, has become managing director of Kaye Scholer's London office.

He will aid the US law firm by advising new UK and European funds, as well as its established US-based clients.
