UK - Dow Schofield Watts holds first close of maiden fund
Dow Schofield Watts has held a first close of its inaugural fund, PHD Equity Partners No. 1 LP, on ТЃ4.68m.
The fund will make initial investments of £250,000 to £1m and has aready completed two transactions: Specialist Parking Services, an integrated services provider to local authorities and police forces; and Christopher Rodgers, a provider of energy performance certificates to the property sector, in which PHD co-invested in alongside Mosaic Private Equity.
