UK - Matrix generates 34% IRR on Apollo sale
Matrix Private Equity has sold Apollo Lifts Holdings Ltd, a lift contractor, for ТЃ4m in a secondary buyout to Iceni Capital.
Matrix originally invested £1.6m in 2004 and realises three times its investment from the exit, which represents an IRR of 34%. Turnover grew from £7m in 2004 to £13.1m in 2007.
