FRANCE - Crédit Agricole Private Equity invests EUR 6.6m in Legoupil buyout
Crédit Agricole Private Equity has led the buyout of modular construction specialist Legoupil Industries.
Uni Expansion Ouest also contributed by providing EUR 1m in equity. CIC and CIN underwrote the senior debt package, while CIC Mezzanine brought the mezzanine facility.
The Vire-based company generated sales of EUR 20m in 2006.
