
FRANCE – Activa sell Malherbe to N.I Partners
Activa Capital has sold Groupe Malherbe in a secondary buyout to Natixis Private Equity subsidiary N.I Partners. Following the deal the group’s CEO Alain Samson, whom Activa Partnered in an OBO in 2004, becomes the majority shareholder alongside N.I. Partners.
