FRANCE - Atos Origin will break the suspense on Monday
The shares of French computer servies giant Atos Origin have been suspended pending a press release to be published on Monday morning.
The company, which generates annual revenues of EUR 5.4bn and employs 50,000 staff, has been exploring strategic options for several months. Rothschild and Goldman Sachs were mandated to seek potential backers or buyers.
In October 2006, rumours of a EUR 3.5bn bid by buyout house Blackstone had helped the company's share price soar.
