FRANCE - Cognetas appoints associate

de Péguilhan joins from Goldman Sachs, where he has worked since 2006 following a period in the French foreign legion as lieutenant and then capitan. While at Goldman Sachs he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department, overseeing deals such as TDF’s purchase of Deutsche Telecom’s media and broadcasting branch, the sale of Alliance Hospitality’s hotel portfolio to Blackstone and the refinancing of Eurotunnel’s debt.
