UK - Phoenix appoints two to management committee

Burns leads the mid-market GP's consumer, leisure & retail sector investments and is a director at four of Phoenix's portfolio companies. He has ten years' private equity experience, and before that was at NatWest leveraged finance.

Dew looks after Phoenix's business services and transport sectors, and is a director at three portfolio companies. Prior to joining Phoenix in 2001, he was with British Airways and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson's corporate finance group.
