
UK - BLP appoints partner in banking and capital markets department
Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has hired Andrew Bamber as partner within its banking and capital markets department, effective September.
Bamber will join BLP from Allen & Overy, where he is currently a senior leveraged finance partner. He has advised sponsors, arranging banks, mezzanine funds, hedge funds, and corporates on a large number of high profile leveraged acquisitions, including public takeovers, complex cross border transactions and management buy-outs and buy-ins.
Bamber will focus on enhancing the build out of BLP's leveraged finance and private equity offering.
