UK - Thomas Eggar appoints partner in asset finance litigation
Law firm Thomas Eggar LLP has hired Martin Roderick as partner and head of its asset finance litigation team.
Roderick has previously worked for Lester Aldridge, having experience in all aspects of asset finance litigation from asset protection and recovery to money shortfall claims.
In his new role at Thomas Eggar, he will represent the asset finance arm of some of the UK's major banks and other independent finance companies.
