ITALY - Cape buys Duplomatic for EUR 3.5m
Cimino & Associati Private Equity (Cape) has wholly acquired industrial manufacturer Duplomatic Automazione from AXA Private Equity in a leveraged buyout valued at around EUR 3.5m.
With offices in 12 countries, the company reported EUR 21m turnover in 2007, 75% of which came from sales and 15% from post-purchase assistance.
