CEE - Magisters merges with Belarus law firm

BelJurBureau is based in Minsk and was founded in 2003 as a spin-off from Vlasova and Partners. It covers dispute resolution, real estate and construction, M&A and corporate law, intellectual property and tax. BelJurBureau partners Anna Rusetskaya and Dneis Turovets will head the Belarus operations of Magisters, bringing the number of partners of the company to 13.

The deal is part of Magisters expansion across the CIS, and represents the firm's third merger since 2006, when it joined forces with Ukrainien law firm Pravis, Reznikov, Vlasenko and Partners; and Legas Legal Solution from Russia.

Magisters has offices in Moscow, Kyiv and Minsk and employs over 130 laywers.
