
UK - Cogent promotes managing director and appoints associate
Secondaries advisory specialist Cogent Partners has announced the promotion of Bernhard Engelien to managing director and the appointment of Briac Houtteville as associate in its London office.
Engelien joined Cogent in 2006 from management consultancy McKinsey & Company, where he held the position of associate principal. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in London. Houtteville joins from Ernst & Young in Paris, where he was a Manager in Transaction Services. Prior to this, he was a senior auditor at KPMG.
