FRANCE - Advent International exits from BCS
Advent International has signed an agreement to sell its stake in the bakery and deli specialist BCS.
The buyer is Ardem, a holding controlled by the Couturier and Leleu families, which founded BCS. Thanks partly to its acquisition of BVF (Boulangerie Viennoiserie Française) in 2000, BCS's turnover rose from EUR15m in 1999 to EUR64m in 2005.
