FRANCE - ICSO2 announces first close at EUR 63.5m
IRDI and ICSO Gestion have held a first close of their buy-out and growth capital FCPR fund, Icso2, at EUR 63.5m. The vehicle has a target of EUR 100m. S second close is planned for June.
After the success of its predecessor Icso, Icso 2 has seen all of the original investors return. At the first closing investors in ICSO2 consisted of IRDI Midi-Pyrénées, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, CNP Assurances, AGF Private Equity, MACIF-Mutavie, Médéric, la Caisse d’Epargne Midi-Pyrénées, Banque Populaire Occitane, CIC Société Bordelaise and a number of private individuals. ICSO 2 has already completed five deals in the southwest of France for a total of EUR 12.4m.
