FRANCE - EdRIP invests EUR 9m in CEME secondary buyout
Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EdRIP) has invested EUR 9m in equity and convertible bonds in the secondary buyout of electrical engineering and air conditioning specialist CEME.
Moulins-based CEME is a group of 11 business generating a combined trunover of around EUR 65m.
