NL - ABN AMRO Capital and Allianz Capital Partners acquire Sdu
ABN AMRO Capital and Allianz Capital Partners have acquired publishing and secruity identification group Sdu from the Dutch State, each taking a 50% stake in a transaction valued at €415m.
The deal also includes the acquisition by Sdu of Wolters Kluwer's 25.9% minority stake in Sdu Publishing. Sdu Group employs 1,000 people and generated turnover of approximately €200m in 2006.
