
Polish VCs sell ZenCard to PKO Bank Polski
Polish venture capital investors Experior Venture Fund and SpeedUp Group have sold their entire interest in discount and loyalty card platform ZenCard to PKO Bank Polski.
Polish financial institution PKO Bank Polski said the acquisition would allow it to expand its service offering in the trade and retail sector, and improve its customer relation management strategy.
Previous funding
In June 2015, Experior and SpeedUp jointly invested €2m in ZenCard.
Company
Warsaw-based ZenCard was founded in November 2013 and offers a platform for sellers to create discount and loyalty programmes.
The startup enables creation of virtual cards managed through mobile apps.
