
Industrifonden and others sell Fältcom
Swedish evergreen growth investor Industrifonden and SEB Venture Capital have sold their interests in telecommunications company Fält Communications (Fältcom) to Nordic telecoms group Telia.
Industrifonden said in a statement it had overseen Fältcom's international expansion during its ownership period. Funding from the VC and SEB was mainly deployed in support of growth outside Scandinavia.
Previous investment
Industrifonden and SEB made their first investment in Fältcom in 2010.

Founded in 1998, Umeå-headquartered Fältcom is a telecommunications company that develops and sells communication networks for the logistics, security and industrial sectors.
The company has a strong focus on remote maintenance and supervision. In 2016, the company had revenues of SEK 83m.
