
BEX Capital holds €120m final close for secondaries fund
Secondaries investor BEX Capital has held a €120m final close for its second vehicle, BEX Fund II.
According to a statement, the fundraising process took nine months and the vehicle was oversubscribed, causing the firm to raise its hard-cap from €100m to €120m.
The fund raised more than double the €50m raised by its predecessor and surpassed its €80m target by 50%. The vehicle was already 25% invested at the time of the final close.
Coinciding with the close, BEX non-executive chairperson and former AlpInvest Partners founder Erwin Roex has taken on the role of managing partner at the firm.

BEX Fund II raised commitments from new and existing investors.
Investments
BEX has a global remit and invests in private equity funds-of-funds and secondary funds. It will primarily target mature markets and assets with investments ranging from €1-20m.
