Adams Street holds final close for 2019 Global Fund
Adams Street Partners' 2019 Partnership Fund Programme has closed on roughly $740m.
Adams Street's global programme provides clients exposure to all of its investment strategies, including primaries, secondaries, co-investments, growth equity and private credit. The offering was first available in 1996.
Earlier in 2019, Adams Street also announced the final closing of the Adams Street Global Secondary Fund 6 with approximately $1.05bn in capital commitments, as well as the completed fundraising for its inaugural Private Credit programme with approximately $1.10bn of capital available to deploy, including leverage.
The private markets investor has assets under management of $40bn.
Investors
The fund received commitments from new and existing investors in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including public and corporate pension plans, high-net-worth individuals, foundations and endowments.
